Rising Sun is introducing a B2B services arm: Rising Sun Services. The thesis is simple — most owner-operators don't need another SaaS subscription. They need someone to implement the right AI-native workflow inside their actual business, using infrastructure that isn't going to disappear when the next round of VC funding dries up.
Why Services, Why Now
Twenty-four portfolio projects are not 24 products to sell. Most of them are primitives: Etch for provenance, AAASP for agents and forecasting, Eudaimonia as the kernel. Owner-operators don't want to assemble those themselves. They want the assembled thing.
So we assemble it — for them, against their actual data, in their actual workflow.
Three Tiers
Bread and butter. Workflow automation that off-the-shelf SaaS does badly. Document handling, scheduling, intake forms with intelligence, custom dashboards. Two weeks to four weeks.
Productizable. Implementations that look like a custom build but use the portfolio infrastructure underneath. Provenance-stamped record systems, forecasting tooling, verifiable signature flows. One to three months.
Sky's the limit. Full custom stack deployment for organizations that want their own piece of the alternative internet. End-to-end agentic workflows, private deployment of the Eudaimonia + Etch + AAASP substrate, ongoing operations.
Live Work
Two paying engagements are live: one in the events / hospitality space and one in cultural and historical research. Both run on portfolio primitives. (We don't name clients publicly without permission.)

Services firms don't have a 24-project portfolio of infrastructure. SaaS companies don't tailor. Rising Sun Services is the rare combination: a custom build is fast because the components already exist, and the components exist because we already had to build them for our own products.
